How to send a request

    Create a Discord Account & Join Our Community

    Ensure you have a Discord account to proceed. If you haven't signed up yet, please do so here. Once your account is ready, become a part of our community by joining our server with this link: https://discord.gg/BmqZKDKKHN.

    Set up your account in our community

    After joining our server, look for the "#start-here" channel on the left navigation menu in Discord. Follow the instructions there to get assigned a "role" for your account. This is to verify you are not a bot.

    Find the "Support" Channel

    Within the same Discord interface, locate the "#Support" channel listed among the channels on the left. Click on it to continue.

    Initiate Your Ticket

    Look for the "Create Ticket" button at the lower section of the "support" channel and click it.


    Engaging this button begins a private conversation tailored to your queries, including Bug Reports, Account Concerns, Troubles with Sessions, Requests for Partnerships, refunds, and more.
